Multi Effect Evaporators (MEE): We provide 1 stage or multi stage evaporators to concentrate RO Reject.
Geo Membrane
A Geo Membrane is very low permeability synthetic membrane liner which comes in different thicknesses .5mm, 1mm, 2mm and 5mm, all these HDPE, Geo Synthetic or 3 Layer Geo Membranes may be used for Anaerobic Digesters, Lagoons or Landfill and delivered in rolls to joint. We follow ASTM quality standards and these are good for chemical landfill as well.
Bio Culture
We offer various types of Bio Culture suitable for your Anaerobic Digesters, SBR, or aeration systems. These Bio Cultures contain dormant Microbes that can be awakened with 10-15% aeration and the right dosage of Micronutrients. This activation process will foster the growth of Microbial colonies, aiding in the reduction of COD and BOD levels.
GFS Tanks
Glass-Fused-to-Steel (also known as Glass-Lined-Steel) is a distinctive bolted tank available in various sizes ranging from 50 M3 to 10000 M3 capacity. These GFS tanks consist of panels where steel is fused with glass through a high-temperature baking process. They are epoxy coated, offering a lifespan of 25 years and can be easily relocated to different locations.
Mobile Treatment Plants
World Technologies produces RO Mobile Treatment Plants in various capacities, which are trailer-mounted and plug-and-play Water and Wastewater Treatment solutions available in 50m3/Day, 100m3/Day, and 500m3/Day sizes. These mobile Treatment Plants are suitable for Raw Water Treatment, Sea Water Desalination (UF+RO), and similar applications.
Fine Bubble Diffusers
In waste water treatment process, aeration is introduced into the liquid with the help of blowers and diffusers, where the diffusers remain submerged in the waste water, providing an aerobic environment for microbial degradation of organic matter. All these diffusers are fine bubble diffusers and available as Disk Diffusers, Board Type Diffusers and made out of EPDM and Silicon.

We at World Technologies supply all Conventional and Specialty Chemicals, which includes commodity (Naoh, H2SO4) and specialty chemical e.g. Boiler Antiscalant, Antifoulant, Cooling Tower, Chemical, Oxygen Scavengers, Micro Biological Growth Booster, Coagulant, Flocculant, Activated Carbon (ACF Media, Gravel Media), Softener Plant (Anthracite) and Multi Media Filter Resins.
UF/RO Membranes
We provide Ultra Filtration (UF) & Reverse Osmosis (RO) membranes and related housing. UF membranes largely utilized as pre-treatment for removing larger particles in water treatment, wastewater treatment, and drinking water. RO membranes are used for removing dissolved salts, minerals, viruses, and organic compounds under desalination plants for converting seawater or brackish water into freshwater
Sludge Dewatering System
We provide several solutions for Sludge Dewatering Systems where generated sludge will be dried further using Belt Press, Filter Press, Centrifuge, Drying Beds, Dewatering Beds and Thermal Drying. We help to concentrate sludge upto 80-90% and truck our for final disposal with 3rd Party Waste Sludge collector for safe disposal. Choice of method depends on factors such as the volume of sludge.
EDI (Electro Deionization) Systems
EDI technology effectively removes impurities from water using a unique combination of semi-permeable membranes, ion exchange resins and a direct electric field. The ion exchange resins are continuously regenerated without the need of cleaning chemicals. EDI system does not need chemicals for regeneration. The electric potential does all the work.
Multi Effect Evaporator (MEE)
We provide multi-effect evaporators with 1, 2, and 3 stages, which deal for the recovery of valuable materials present in the effluent and for RO Reject Management. By utilizing the steam generated in previous stages to heat the liquid in subsequent stages and low operating costs.
Aqua Control Valve
The Aqua Control Valve saves 15-20% of your industrial raw water by compressing air bubbles in the water flow through the pipeline. It creates a compression zone where the pressurized column of water extends upstream and passes the flow meter. When air reaches this pressurized water, it becomes compressed and no longer maintains its volume.
CPI (Corrugated Plate Interceptors)
The CPI (corrugated plate interceptor) Oil Separator is suitable for oily wastewater treatment , using principle of gravity to separate oil and water. CPI Oil Separator supports high productivity gravity parting with corrugated plates, providing exceptional treatability even with a high flow rate. We have several sizes required CPI plates.
Silt Removal Systems
We provide different size of clarifiers that effectively remove silty and sediment from construction wastewater at very fast flow rates. We provide systems on rent which provides Silty Water Treatment. The designed system utilize fiberglass tanks to ensure corrosion-free operation, offering superior quality, efficiency, and customization options, including patented runoff treatment systems and effective removal of total suspended solids.
Demin Water Treatment Plant
We provide Rental and supply of different size of Demin Water Treatment Plant, which usually required for different type of Industrial Applications Power Plant etc. We use ion exchange resins to remove ions such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, and chloride, which are responsible for water hardness and conductivity. We have mobile rental units of Demin Water available in different capacity and low monthly rental.
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF)
Dissolved air flotation (DAF) consists of separating solids from the water phase by attaching the solids to fine air bubbles to decrease the density of the particles which float instead of sinking. The rising solids are called the “float” and are skimmed off the surface and further processed in the sludge train.To further enhance performance in the DAF unit Coagulant, Ploymers and flocculants can be added to increase separation.

We supply and install several type of Valve and Actuator for Water and Waste Water Treatment systems. We have all different type of valves for industrial use which includes gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, check valves, butterfly valves etc. with pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, and electric actuators.
